HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza

HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza

This is a recipe my mom always made when I had to loose some pounds but felt really down because of hunger ;). It fills you up while being really healthy (lots of spinach) and not tooo fatty (there are about 3 tablespoons of oil in that dough). On Sunday I made a little round pizza and was able to enjoy it with a very good friend (who also said it's edible *hihi*)

HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza

Ingredients, prices (REWE) & calories

HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza HealthyWeeks: Spinach Pizza - Spinatpizza
Spelt whole wheat flour
package 1000 g = 1,95   {350 g for 2 people → 0,76€}
Olive Oil
{2-3 tblsp}  ~ 90 kcal
1 package dry yeast
{about 8 g}
Spinach leaves (frozen)
package = 1,45 € {6 dices}  (78 kcal)
Nutmeg
{1 teaspoon}
Mozzarella (I used the light version with 178 kcal/100g, however it looks and tastes a little bit like plastic when melted *hihi*)
{1 package, so 1 ball}
In sum (100 g)
~224 kcal

How to make it

  1. Mix dry yeast with 350 g of spelt whole wheat flour, add 2-3 tblsp olive oil and 1/4 l of water and knead with handheld mixer until everything combined and you have a nice dough.
  2. Let it rise to double its volume (for me it took about 60 minutes). If you have enough time, prepare the dough quite a while before baking, because you can knead it and let it rise again for best results.
  3. Defrost 6 cubes of spinach leaves, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut mozzarella in thin slices.
  5. Roll out yeast dough on a lined baking sheet into a round shape of around 24 cm diameter. Top with spinach and mozzarella. You may season the whole thing with a bit of salt and pepper.
  6. Bake at 190-200 ° C for about 20 minutes.

This is a recipe that my mother made every time I before and wanted to lose a few pounds and was intolerable from hunger). It fills one more than now and you can really occur to and calm from the pizza hunger - and even healthy (many of spinach) and reduced-fat (in the dough at most 3 tablespoons olive oil). On Sunday I'm So a small round pizza made and could enjoy them with a dear friend (who agreed that the whole thing edible even if was not tasty;))

How To Set The Number Lock Of Vip Briefcase

6from6 - {4} - Nina Ricci Spring 2011

6from6 {4}

Hello everyone on this Friday afternoon!
How are you just before this last weekend in January? Any plans for the weekend?
Today's post introduces a Christmas present from my mom who made a neon green (yes, it is REALLY neon) cardigan inspired by Nina Ricci Spring 2011. She used very old yarn from GDR times which she worked taking two strings together. The 'hems' are crocheted and the cardigan almost has no seams because she knitted everything out of one piece. Great work!

Still it did cost me a little effort to wear this jacket because it makes you feel like trapped in a large wooly shield. Your perimeter Considerably gains and it is hard to find a coat to go over * hehe *.

Well, it goes with the inevitable white blouse without sleeves, the well-known golden lampshade skirt, black tights (because of minus degrees outside) and black biker boots (to break the very girly outfit ... and because of the weather of course ;)

a nice Friday everyone!

How are you so close to this last weekend in January? Weekend plans?
Today's post about 6 white blouse outfits inspired by six collections today announced a Christmas gift to my mother, the neon green from a very old (REALLY very neon;)) Wool has from GDR times (twice removed) as a jacket from Nina Ricci's spring collection knit 2011th The edges are crocheted, and the whole jacket is not really a seam, because knitted in one piece! Great piece!

a little overcome cost me this jacket in the beginning but because it stands out not only by the color, but you feel trapped a bit like a woolly armor - the custom size will in any case fairly and to find a coat that about it fits is not easy * hehe *.

Well, to the inevitable short-sleeved white and gold (already here very often seen) golden lampshade skirt, black tights (aufgrund von Minusgraden) und schwarze Bikerboots (um das sehr mädchenhafte Outfit winterlich zu brechen … nun ja und auch wegen dem Wetter *hehe*)

With January almost over I might ask you if you had any resolution for this year thought of at New Year's Eve? Maybe some of you - as I had - were willing to eat healthy and overcome the christmas puffiness ;) Often you just last about two weeks and then it all gets sloppy again. That's why I am starting the "Neu4bauer insanely healthy weeks" where I want to share some recipes, tips and insights with you. I would be delighted if you'd join me! It is always easier to lie to yourself than to your blog readers *hihi*, so I'll report how it is going.

Most of the time, healthy and – lets call it "Fitness" – eating IS very easy, even with little time and small budget. One of my alltime favourite things to do on a busy day (let's say 1 hour for preparing and eating lunch/dinner) is rice with green peas. I even calculated the calories for all of this!! I calculated it for a medium size bowl (about 300 g).

Preise

Frozen peas
package of 450 g = 0,85€
WellYou Wildreismischung
No clue I am sorry!

Kalorien & Zutaten

Peas (100 g cooked)
69.00 kcal
Rice (200 g cooked)
240.00 kcal
Small onion
12.00 kcal
Olive oil (~5g)
45.00 kcal
Whole meal
366.00 kcal

Zubereitung

Easy method for rice? Make it in the microwave!! Just put 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water with salt in a microwave-proven bowl and microwave (600 Watt) for about 17-20 minutes. Works really well and fast!
In the meantime you can make your peas (just follow the instructions on the box). Peal the onion and cut it in small cubes. Sauté onions in a little bit of olive oil (about 5 g), add peas and rice, spice with salt and pepper. I also used a herbs mixture called Corsican Herbs today. Finished!

Reis & Erbsen

January is almost over and so, I get the question: which one of you New Year's Eve also made the iron intent, really eat this year healthier and Christmas bacon but now something of address? ! Often keep to two weeks and then sneak it back on old habits! Therefore, I am beginning only now the "eerie sound Neu4bauer weeks" with recipes, tips and impressions on;). If someone would like to join us, I'd be very happy! Since I always easier to lie to myself instead of the blog readers, I will here report how's it going!

usually is healthy and - now we call it 'Fitness'-food - not that hard, even on a small budget and little time. One of my favorite quick-Mache Fix dishes (if you're about 1 hour for preparation, cooking and eating at their disposal): rice & peas! I've even sat down and all the calories calculated (for a medium cup - 300 g)

prices

frozen peas
pack 450g = 0,85 €
wellyou wild rice
Sorry, no idea ;)

calories and ingredients

peas (100 g cooked)
69.00 kcal
rice (200g cooked)
240.00 kcal
A small shallot
12:00 kcal
olive oil for frying
45.00 kcal
The whole court in sum
366.00 kcal

preparation

A simple way to cook the rice (now freshly googled and tried!) in the microwave! Single axis add 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a microwaveable pot (glass pot) and cook in the microwave (600 W) for 17-20 minutes. Is really great and fast!
peas according to package directions In the meantime in the pot boil. Peel the shallot and (g 5) in a pan with a dash of olive oil fry, add the peas and rice, season with salt, pepper and I'm still scent of maquis - added Corsican herbs of Herbaria . Done!

10 days without Posting … 6from6 {3}

IMG_0789

IMG_0795 IMG_0791 IMG_0787 IMG_0785 IMG_0782

Hello everyone!

I hope you have missed me in the last 10 days. I sure did but with 3 projects and presentations and exams coming up ... there is not much time to spare for blogging. However today is the last day with lectures for me and I thought I'll celebrate with another 6 for 6 blog. As you may figured, it will hard to complete the challenge in January with only 4 days left – but lets go for it.

Today's outfit was inspired by last week's GRAZIA with a page on leather skirts. Just after reading that in the tram, I spotted a little grey leather skirt at H&M's winter sale (really really reduced ;)). Today I wore that with a white blousy shirt (sewn by Neu4bauer mom a few years ago), grey knitted tights and my all-time-favourite pointy overknees (inherited from my mom), as well as a bulky wire-rose-necklace I bought in New York December 2009.
The Grazia page featured "De La Morena" as catwalk inspiration. However while researching style.com and vogue.com I was astonished that Céline has had black/grey leather skirts in the last THREE collections! You may say: it's a classic and long-time trend!

I MAY also point to my wonderful tulips which I bought yesterday. Aren't they gorgeous? They really do the job against winter tiredness ;)

Lots of greetings to all of you!
Yours, Theresa

Hallo an alle,

ich hoffe ihr habt mich in den Last 10 days missed a bit. I have very often to the blogging and to all of you thought:) But in addition to 3 projects, lectures and examinations was then too little time for writing, photography, scanning, and thinking;) Nevertheless, it is today with another post to the 6th from 6 Challenge continue. As you might have noticed, it will be difficult this challenge in the remaining 4 (!) Days still exist, but now must deal wirs!

IMG_0796 Today's outfit was actually inspired by a page from the GRAZIA from last week. Shortly after I read the page on leather skirts in the tram (well, is probably looked the better verb;)), I saw in the H & M Sale-a (really veeeery reduced), gray leather mini skirt. I'm now with a white blouse (from Neu4bauer mom sewed a few years ago), gray knit tights, and my favorite Spitz Over Knees (inherited from my mother) and a wire-rose chain from New York (December 2009) combined.

I would also like to the tulip which I bought yesterday at the mini-market Gohliser! Are not they beautiful? Banish the winter, a somewhat tired!

Ganz viele Grüße an alle!

6from6 - {2} - Jason Wu Spring 2011

S ello everyone!
Today just a quick post on Jason Wu's spring collection. In Leipzig the weather has been really spring-like, which has been really nice for a change. What's new? I haven't really been inspired for blogging because of a calculation & financial terms in publishing house-exam tomorrow morning (you may think of me between 9:30 and 10:30 ;)!

So let us lighten up these thoughts with a big bow on a white blouse, on a belt or anything (check out H&M - they've got some really cute belts with big bows right now). This outfit:

blouse from IMPERIAL
(bought in Bari / Italy August 2010)
camel colored trousers in Marlene style

I was lately hardly in the mood for frequent blogging tomorrow because I have my first exam in this year in "Costing & Accounting in publishers' dispute must be - so you can time me tomorrow 9:30 - 10:30 press your fingers crossed!

why I'm learning to lighten the gloomy mood - and what would be better suited as a 'loop';). And for which there yet so few positions: at the blouse, hair or pocket, the belt (just look at H & M by these days, have very cute with oversized belt loops). Today's outfit also:

The Inspiration / Die Inspiration

Review (from vogue.com)

Give this to Jason Wu: He’s got the hang of a pair of pants this season. This time last year, let’s face it, trouser shapes were going haywire, but now that we’re back in the zone of “normal” where crotch levels and elongated legs are concerned, things have gone more Wu’s way. […] Now the fluid, high-waist beige pants which opened his show – and the few long-stemmed flared navy or black versions which punctuated the line-up gives him one opportunity to edge his exponentially growing business beyond the pretty dress: a push which also includes the introduction of a new line of shoes and bags for spring.

For inspiration, Wu said he’d looked to the seventies and forties, and the vivid floral paintings of the Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes . The flowers and the color brought out print dresses with multi-petaled skirts, silk city sarongs, and chiffon blouses. It’s all very mature, rationally conceived, Increasingly and precise in cut and fit-something he's working at, hard. That's admirable. But with all the pressure on his young shoulders to speed through multiple collections and the conquering of new product categories, this collection did not mark a long stride forward from the creative resort show he presented this summer.

review (translated from vogue.com)

something you have to let Jason Wu: he has the hang of the trousers in this season. About the same time last year were the cuts and shapes his pants models topsy-turvy, but now we are back in a normal zone reached - at least as regards the position of the step and visual extension of the leg. The trend is moving in a pleasant direction for Jason Wu. We saw the light gowns of trousers with high waist, which opened his show and in between of recurring long versions in navy blue or black and moving its collection and thus be more rapidly growing company in a mature direction away from the 'beautiful dress' - a step that which also shows the new line of handbags and shoes for this spring.

The inspiration was to Wu that he particularly in the seventies and forties of this century would have looked, it had also inspired the vivid floral paintings by Brazilian artist Beatriz Milhazes . The flowers and colors were then implemented in printed fabrics, dresses with multilayered skirts and chiffon blouses Seidensarongs. Everything has become adult, rational thought and more precise in form and in section - something that Jason Wu is working very hard. All this is admirable. However, this collection can not be seen as a stunning creative step forward, moving further from the presented by him Resort Show this summer. This may be due to the enormous pressures put on young shoulders of the designer, of which one part of a Collection at the following fast rush to act, whereas the way to new product categories should be launched as successful as possible.
